Come, enjoy all of the luxuries of home in a beautiful modern unique romantic getaway! Bringing a boat? No problem….a buoy is available at minimum cost. Bringing golf clubs? No problem... a golf course is across the street. Bringing ATV's (Quads; Dirt Bikes; etc.) . . . No problem.... riding trails - Anglemont Mtn and Crowfoot Mtn. The space House: Luxe two-story home offers unique features: 11 ft ceiling main level; high vaulted 2nd level with expansive oversize windows offering amazing views of lake; marina; golf course all with soaring timbers and mountains. Note: no direct access from property to the lake. Anglemont is a small residential community approximately 20 minutes from the larger centre, Scotch Creek. The following amenities are within a 1-5 minute drive and walking/biking distance from "Tide and Timber": - Anglemont Marina with a small grocery and liquor store - Anglemont Golf Course - several Community Beach Parks including Lake View; Ross Creek; St. Ives - Ross Creek Country Store and Service Station (with take-out available) - local logging road for dirt-biking, ATVing/Quading (Anglemont Mountain) -Evelyn Falls Trail head, a "back county 30-40 min. hike" (Anglemont) - Albas Falls on Seymour Arm (by logging road or boat) - Celesta Winery - about 15 minutes driving time - Crowfoot Mountain - about 15 driving minutes - for dirt bike and quading (ATV riding) Scotch Creek has a food store, service station, pharmacy, doctor, church, Home Hardware, Scotch Creek Provincial Park, etc. There are many more local activities and amenities in this area. Guest access Guests WILL HAVE access to "Tide and Timber's" front driveway; front deck; Main and Second Level of Luxe Home: back deck; side deck . The side deck is only accessed through the front door or back door on main level of house. For safety reasons there is No Access through gate to the left of the garage on main level. Guests WILL NOT have access to the garage on main level. They WILL NOT have access to the garages on the very bottom level; the deck on bottom level; the bottom level driveway and parking space. The lower level of home does contain a separate bedroom which is used solely by the owners who live next door - as well, the owners have sole access to the lower level garages and parking area, etc. Note: if space available, boat trailer storage will be provided. Other things to note Guests: Please bring your own personal beach towels. All garbage and recycling must be taken with you on your departure. Garbage can be dropped off at Ross Creek Country Store for $5 a bag. NO food outside please due to wildlife We, as hosts and property owners, respect the property and privacy of our neighbors.
