A $300 fee applies if smoke is detected. TRASH Trash bins for both homes are located in the alley behind the adjacent house, accessible through the back gate of Rosemont House. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $50 fee, based on availability.
