Excellent house, near Beach Park Beach. We have a swimming pool, deck with barbecue, freezer, garage and comfort to enjoy one of the best beaches in Ceará. 1 km from Beach Park and 500 meters from Porto das Dunas Beach. House with 3 suites, air conditioning, electric shower, Wi-Fi, cable TV and two balconies for hammocks, on the top floor, and 1 single room On the ground floor we have a gourmet lounge, with sofa, cable TV and 2 bathrooms. We have two en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning on the ground floor. The space Our residence has 330 square meters with a kitchen, gourmet room and two balconies on the ground floor and three en-suite bedrooms, two balconies and a living room on the 1st floor. We have a deck and lounge of approximately 100 square meters. We also have 2 en-suite bedrooms independent of the main house and a Chapel. Guest access The entire area of the house is available, including the pool, barbecue, gourmet room and other facilities. Other things to note At the time of check-in, we will read the energy meters and at the end of the stay, the final reading, at which time the consumption verified at the price of R$1.30 per Kwh will be charged with payment in cash at the time of check-out. A list of all materials available in the house will be provided to guests for verification purposes, at check-in and check-out. The maximum number of people, in addition to the contracted guests, will be 25 people during the day. Bed and bath linens (except beach/pool towels) are provided, FREE OF CHARGE, for rentals of 3 nights or more. We charge an extra fee of R$ 35.00 per day for each extra guest exceeding 13 people (maximum limit of the AIRBNB survey) Any kind of party or event is strictly forbidden. It is not allowed to turn on sound after 10:00 p.m. in compliance with the law regarding the law of silence. We have ample indoor parking.
