House with 03 suites, air conditioning, electric shower, WiFi, cable TV and two balconies for hammocks, at the top and 1 simple bedroom On the ground floor we have a gourmet lounge, with sofa, cable TV and 02 bathrooms. We have two en-suite bedroom with air-conditioning on the ground floor. The space Our residence has 330 square meters with a kitchen, gourmet room and two balconies on the ground floor and three en-suite bedrooms, two balconies and a living room on the 1st floor. We have a deck and lounge with approximately 100 square meters. We also have 2 bedrooms independent suites from the main house and also a Chapel. Guest access Every area of the house is available, from the pool , barbecue, gourmet room and other facilities. Other things to note At the time of check-in, we will read the energy meters and, at the end of the stay, the final reading, at which time the consumption verified at the price of R$1.30 per Kwh will be charged, with payment in cash at the time of check-out. A list of all the materials available in the house will be provided for guests for check-in purposes, at the entrance - Check-in and exit, check-out. The maximum number of people, in addition to the hired guests, will be 25 people, during the day. Bed and bath linens are provided (except beach/pool towels) AT NO COST, for rentals starting at 3 nights. We charge an extra fee of R$35.00 per day for each extra guest who exceeds 13 people (Airbnb search maximum limit) Any type of party or event is strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to turn on sound after 10 p.m. in compliance with the legislation regarding the law of silence. Ample indoor parking is provided.
