RESORT FEATURES *Pool *2 Hot Tubs *Poolside facilities *Tennis court *BBQ/Picnic area *Coin-operated laundry facility *On-site parking for one vehicle *Directions to Beach Access: Walk through the parking lot to beach access between Holiday Inn and Sapphire. BOOK TODAY! Our condo is in a great location, close to the beach, without charging you beachfront prices. It takes a 3-minute walk to the beach and is right next door to the water park. Our condo is 1/4 mile south of the Causeway Bridge, which is convenient when you need to zip over to the mainland to run an errand or for an adventure off the Island. We love the time we spend here on the Island, and we hope you will, too! POLICIES & INFO -Age Restriction for Renters – Per HOA restrictions, renters must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home -We strictly enforce guest capacity. -This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking. -Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. -Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center. -This vacation home does NOT allow pets. -The property has a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance. It records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. DISCLAIMERS *We strive to update our photos and listing descriptions regularly; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions. *Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please contact our front office so we may promptly address your needs. RESORT FEES *All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $30 *The Resort Fee is required for all guests. *Please notify us of the number of guests in your group. *The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment due 30 days before arrival. *The Resort Fee is specific to March 1st to April 4th and does not apply to any other time of the year.
