It offers two spacious bedrooms with double beds, an impressive living room with dining area and cozy sofa corner, a high hallway with chandelier and high-speed Wi-Fi as a work area, kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine, etc., bathroom with washing machine, two spacious, partially covered terraces with sofa and grill as well as a private entrance courtyard with  fountain. The Alpujarras are renowned for their pleasant microclimate, thanks to their unique location between the Sierra Nevada (3,500 m) and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as for their traditional Moorish irrigation system and their distinctive flora and fauna. By car, you can reach the Costa Tropical in 40 minutes, with its many small seaside resorts and beach promenades, or, for a change of scenery, the “Puerto de la Ragua” mountain pass in the Sierra Nevada at 6,562 feet (2,000 meters). From there, it is just a few minutes to the unique Calahorra Castle (16th century) on the Guadix plateau, with its famous cave houses.
