We are an international family, all of our rooms are actually for our family members when they come to Dallas once a while. We try our best to make all of the rooms nice, clean and comfortable. We provide shampoo/bodywash/towels for short term stay. For long term stay, please bring your own toiletries. We offer free coffee/tea. You may park on the street as your choice. Kitchen usage: Free Coffee/Tea bags/cups/bowls are in the LEFT side cabinet (See stickers on the cabinet door), silverwares are in the LEFT side drawer next to the stove. please WASH/CLEAN, place it in the dishwasher after yourself. Use dishwasher as dry rack only. Washer/Dryer usage: Short Term Guest: $2 per load; Long Term Guest: One free load per week, then $2 per load if you need more than one load per week. House Rules: Dear Guest, please read the below house rules, and take it seriously, I will have to report you and cancel your reservation immediately if you are unable to follow ANY of these. And the minimum amount of $200 PENALITY will be more than likely applied to your stay. 1, No smoking/no any cigarette/smoking products including vapor in the entire house. 2, No Pets-due to high allergies, pets are not allowed at all (sorry). 3, No food/beverage items (including snacks) in the room. Please ONLY keep your food/have meal in the kitchen. Water is the only exception. 4, No party or other guest visitation please. 5, Please be caution with all the solid wood furniture. 6, Please try your best to keep a quiet environment as we do have other guest rooms in the house, and everyone may have different schedules during stay. 7, If you ever need to cook, please use all your personal supplies and do not cook any strong smell food, as we do have other guests in the house. We are very pride house owners, we truly wish that you treasure our house as we do. Even though you may only stay one night, please try to keep trash in the trash can, keep everything organized, and keep stuff in the original place.
