Guest access Guests have access to the entire house! Other things to note - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood/charcoal for the fireplace and grill. - There are BBQ Utensils for the guests to use during their stay. - The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1. - The streaming services available on the property's Smart TVs require the guests' own personal login. Please Remember to log out upon checkout! - We allow max of 2 pets under 60lbs. We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. Also pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone.
