The property boasts a spacious, fully furnished 3 BHK (Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen), offering ample room for families or groups of friends. A highlight of your stay is the private swimming pool, measuring 24x12x4.5 feet. This substantial size is perfect for a refreshing swim, a leisurely dip, or some fun pool games. Other things to note FAQS 1) How many people per booking and payment method? Any Extra charges? We can accommodate upto 15 guests. Pay via Airbnb by guest 23 years of age or above. Cancelation policy - Full refund for cancelations upto 24hrs before check-in time. There are extra charges for Bonfire wood/lighter fluid (approx. Rs. 500) and BBQ meat and coal (price depends on meat quantity). 2a) Do you have a full kitchen? NO, we have a minimal kitchen. ( Fridge, Oven, few plates, glasses, induction stove and Rice Cooker) GLASSWARE IS NOT PROVIDED. 2b) What are the food options? There is a resort with a restaurant 5 mins away from the property. We also have room service from other nearby restaurants. 3) Are pets allowed? Yes, max 2 pets Fees : 300 per Pet. 4) Is liquor allowed? Yes, We do not serve any liquor, however you can carry minimum liquor. Hard Spirits: Up to 6 standard bottles (approx. 4.5 litres) Beer: Up to 12 bottles/cans (approx. 7.5 to 7.8 litres) 5) Are events allowed? Do you provide any event management services? Big events/gatherings with more than 15 guests are not allowed. WE DO NOT DECORATE OUR PROPERTY or provide any type of event event management service. 6) Is Hookah/playing cards/gambling allowed? Absolutely NO!! 7) Is Family / Mixed group allowed? Family /Mixed (with all ID proofs) 8) What is the pool size? 24x12x4.5 ft 9) Early check -in or late check-out allowed? No such service is allowed. Check-in at 2PM. Check-out at 11AM. 10) Is loud music allowed? Any quiet hours? We will provide a big enough speaker. But please practice quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM.
