This is a boho-themed cozy 3-Bedroom retreat tucked away in a private palm grove in Agonda, South Goa. Agonda Beach is 1 km (about 2 mins by car/scooter and about 10-minute walk). Shops & restaurants are at 3–5 mins walk Thoughtfully designed by my wife and me, the space brings together warm lighting, earthy interiors, wooden textures, green accents, and cozy decor to create the perfect blend of comfort, calm, and the charm of Goan surroundings. The space Please note: 1. This is not a 3 BHK villa. It is a 3-Bedroom retreat consisting of 3 individual private rooms on the same floor, each with its own attached bathroom and private balconies All 3 rooms have AC's, dedicated workstation, surrounded by lush greenery. There is also a common outdoor Patio with seating for you to relax and unwind. 2. There is NO functional kitchen at the property, and cooking is not permitted. However, each room has a kitchenette and basic cutlery, equipped with an electric kettle and basic refreshments including tea, coffee, milk powder and sugar sachets. A mini refrigerator in each room is also provided in every room for storing personal food and beverages. The property is easily accessible by both car and scooter, with ample parking space available for four-wheelers and two-wheelers. We are happy to help with contacts for scooter rentals, self-drive cars, taxis, local auto-rickshaws, and adventure activities or experiences around South Goa.
