Tanmey Getaways is designed to be your home away from home, whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer stay. 🅿️ Private Parking: On-site parking available for multiple vehicles. ✴️ Living Area: The lake-facing living room opens to a veranda, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. Comfortable seating and air conditioning make it a cozy space to unwind. ✴️ Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy a lush garden and direct access to peaceful lake views — ideal for picnics, yoga, or simply relaxing by the water. Bon fire would be provided at an additional charge of 500/- for three hours. This is purely due to logistics of fire wood. ✴️ Modern Kitchen: ❗Please do note that the kitchen usage is currently unavailable due to the shortage of gas issue in our country❗ Fully equipped with essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, RO Aquaguard and cookware. BBQ Set: Available for ₹3,000 per day (includes coal). ✴️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds. All rooms have lake or garden views. Each bedroom can accommodate up to 4 guests (extra charge applies). Clean, well-maintained bathrooms with hot water in each. ✴️ High-Speed Wi-Fi: There is a Wi-Fi Dongle and not a standard broadband connection, perfect for remote work, streaming, or staying connected. ✴️ Power Backup: An inverter ensures lights, fans, and Wi-Fi remain functional during outages. ✴️ Pet Policy We’re a pet-friendly property! An additional charge of ₹1,000 per pet, per night applies. For safety and hygiene, pets are not allowed in the pool. ✴️ Safety & Security: The property is privately gated for guest privacy and safety. Just to let you know, we have an on-site caretaker available to assist you with any requirements or queries during your stay 😊 They’ll be available until 10 PM each night. Please inform us a day in advance if you require the same and we will arrange for it. Our housekeeping staff are well trained and very trustworthy, you need not necessarily be at the property during the cleaning, you may carry on with your plans and they shall do the needful. Any late requests can be entertained based on logistics and availability. ✅Guest Policies: Smoking is permitted on the balcony and terrace only. Registered Guests Only: For security and privacy, only checked-in guests are permitted on the property. If any, visitors must be pre-approved and provide IDs. ✅Check-In & Check-Out: Self-check-in and check-out is available through a lockbox for added flexibility. Early check-in and late check-out will depend on availability of the house at that time.
