It is not suitable for active sports such as cricket, football, baseball, or similar games ⚽🏏⚾, as such activities are strictly restricted on the property to preserve its tranquility, safety, and upkeep. Guest access Guest enjoys entire farmhouse with swimming pool. Other things to note In 1 room maximum 4 guests are allowed, even though listing shows more than 4 guests in 1 bedroom in search results. 1) By 4 guests in 1 room , its considered as 2 Adults and 2 child (from 0 to 15 years) If Child would be replaced by Adult (above 15 years) then pricing would be additional as mentioned during booking on Airbnb. 2) Breakfast , lunch and dinner also available at nomial rates from the food menu available at the Farmhouse. Please note that food will take minimum 1 hour to deliver or as per the quantity of the order or as per the demand at the Farmhouse. There is no compulsion to order food from our menu and online food delivery services can be utilised. 3) Cleaning of utensils by caretaker is on chargeble basis. After breakfast , lunch or dinner each time cleaning charge of Rs.300 to be paid directly to the caretaker irrespective of the count of Utensils. 4) Refundable Security Deposit for Events In the event that the Guest seeks approval to conduct any event, party, wedding function, birthday celebration, or similar gathering at the property, a refundable security deposit shall be mandatory, subject to prior written approval from the Host. The amount of the refundable security deposit shall be mutually agreed upon in writing between the Host and the Guest exclusively via the Airbnb messaging platform prior to the event or at the time of booking. The collection, holding, and refund of the security deposit shall be processed strictly through the Airbnb platform only. No cash or off-platform payments shall be accepted under any circumstances. The security deposit shall be refundable within 24 hours post check-out subject to satisfactory inspection of the property post check-out and confirmation that no damage, loss, or violation of house rules has occurred.
