Optional clubhouse access offers pool, a gym, golf and many more amenities . The space You will have full, private access to the entire apartment. Self check-in is available anytime after 1:00 PM. Neighborhood & Transport Access: Convenience: Walkable distance to Nawu Imperio Mall, supermarkets, medical stores, Gahunje Cricket Stadium, pickleball courts, and sports turfs. Deliveries & Cabs: Doorstep delivery is available (Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Amazon), and cabs (Ola, Uber, Rapido) are fully operational. Clubhouse & Recreation Pass (Optional Extra): You can access our premium resort-style clubhouse for ₹250 per person, per day. You must inform us in advance to arrange the passes. Timings: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Clubhouse is CLOSED on Tuesdays). Included: Adult/Kids pools (swimsuit compulsory), Jacuzzi, Steam bath, Sauna, Gym, 9-hole Golf course, Basketball, Tennis, 30-yard T20 ground, Boating, Table Tennis, Snooker, Carrom, Chess, Private Theatre, and Kids Zone. Extra charges of INR 500/- per person after 2 Guests. ID Requirement: All guests must provide a valid Government-issued ID at check-in. Parties: Allowed! Please maintain cleanliness and respect the neighbors. Smoking: Allowed inside the flat. We just ask that you please use the provided ashtray, keep the windows open, and switch on the exhaust fan to maintain ventilation. Security (Short Stays): Please inform us in advance for online deliveries or cab bookings so we can approve gate entry. Housekeeping (Stays under 7 Nights): Basic floor mopping and bathroom cleaning are included and done only when you are present. For extra tasks like utensil cleaning or laundry, please arrange directly with the staff. Linen Fines: We check the apartment at checkout. Fines apply for damaged or heavily stained linens: Towel (₹650), Bedsheet (₹650), Blanket Cover (₹950).
