The space “Krushnakunj” is an elegant, thoughtfully designed 3BHK Sea View Villa that blends luxury, comfort, and style. It comes with a large terrace, featuring panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the Konkan forests. The space PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING - Pets are NOT ALLOWED. - We are a unique home stay. - The villa is in a village in a rural region and NOT in a city. Please understand that things are taken at a slower pace in villages. - There is NO resident housekeeper or security person who will help you with your luggage. - We are in a forested area, and some insects can enter the apartment if the windows and doors are kept open. - Power cuts can sometimes happen, and we have an inverter backup for 8 hours on select fans and lights. - We DO NOT offer food, but the kitchenette is suitable for simple meals. (You need to carry the groceries) - We have a maximum occupancy of 9 adults. - Please treat the housekeeper with respect and politeness. The housekeeper DOES NOT stay on the property and is not available 24 hours. - Be respectful of the residents, language, and culture. Monsoon Advisory: The Konkan region experiences heavy rainfall during the monsoon season from June to September. Due to the property’s exposed location, The One may be subject to strong winds and heavy rain. In rare cases of intense rainfall, power outages may occur. During such times, the inverter will support lights and fans; however, air conditioners, geysers, and the refrigerator will not function until power is restored.
