House with private lake access/sauna/jetties/garden

Pure nature: relax on your 1,500 m² lake property with 40 meters of private shoreline, two property-owned jetties and a private sauna. The space The entire lake house has just been completely renovated. On the ground floor are the large living and dining area with fireplace, the kitchen with fitted kitchen and a shower room. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with floor heating. Upstairs you go to the master bedroom with balcony with lake view and a 1.80mx2m double bed. In the second bedroom, there is a 1.40 m x 2 m double bed. There is also an additional guest toilet upstairs. If more than four guests want to stay in the lake house by prior arrangement, the couch in the living room can be pulled out and used as an additional bed. The house is heated by the beautiful fireplace in the living room. Firewood is available and of course included. Guest access The entire house and the large lake property are available for your exclusive use. Other things to note The distance to the nearest supermarket is about 3 km (5 min car drive). The distance to the nearest bakery is about 2.7 km. On the opposite side of the lake is the beautiful forest bath, which is open in summer and offers extra fun. Hamburg is only 100 km away and the Baltic Sea is 95 km away - perfect for a day trip! Dogs are welcome here! If you want to fish, you need a fisherman and a (guest)fishing card. It must only be ensured that no remnants of the exception etc. remain on the property or in the lake house. The in-house SUP is available in spring, summer and fall as soon as no more night frosts are expected. Please note that there is a strict smoking ban in the house and near the house for fire protection reasons. The house has a thatched roof, which is why fire is a great risk. If you smoke on the property, please throw your cigarette butts in the trash to avoid water pollution. Thank you!
