The space This apartment is part of Casa Rural La Balsa. The property itself consists of two apartments and three guest rooms. Guests staying in rooms use shared facilities, but as an apartment guest, your space is entirely private. The apartment is completely private and includes a separate bedroom, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. You have your own entrance and full independence during your stay, making it ideal for couples, small families or friends who appreciate comfort and privacy. The bedroom features a comfortable 160 cm double bed and a spacious wardrobe. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into an additional 140 cm bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests. If you are staying as two guests and wish to use the sofa bed, a €10 per night supplement applies. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, cookware and basic spices — everything you need to prepare your own meals. The private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, shampoo and shower gel. For cooler evenings, the apartment has a wood stove. One basket of firewood is included in your stay; additional firewood is available at request for €10 per basket. Outside, you are welcome to enjoy the shared garden and terrace, with several seating areas to relax, read, or dine while taking in the mountain views and fresh air. During the warmer months, the shared outdoor swimming pool offers a refreshing place to cool off and unwind.
