A/C (June–Sept), heating (Nov–March) The space The apartment is part of the Apartamentos Vistasol complex, where you will have all the services of a hotel: 24-hour reception, personalized attention and access to facilities such as the pool, spa or gym (depending on availability and season). Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the complex's communal areas: outdoor pool with sun terrace and pool bar 🏖️ (available in summer), gym 🏋️, spa area 💆 (at an additional cost), 24-hour reception 🕘, and landscaped gardens. Private parking is also available (subject to availability and at an additional cost). A safe box is also available (at an additional cost). Other things to note 🛠 Improvement works (November 2026 – April 2027) During this period, improvement works will be carried out at Apartamentos Vistasol, including the expansion of elevators (with at least one always in operation), as well as maintenance of balconies, façades, and external areas. 🕘 Please note that there may be occasional noise or minor disturbances during these works. These upgrades are designed to enhance your stay, making it more modern, comfortable, and enjoyable. 🌿 -------------------- In spring and autumn, the area is very popular among athletes 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♀️ thanks to the mild weather and its proximity to running tracks, a football field and ideal cycling routes. During the summer, Magaluf becomes a lively destination 🎉, perfect for those seeking beach, fun and social life. Please note that during high season, the area may be busier and a bit noisier. The location is well connected, but parking can be tricky 🚗 — we recommend booking a spot in advance if you’re coming by car. Building is located in the hill with privileged access to the beach Son Matias y Magaluf. If you’d like to explore the island, don’t hesitate to ask at reception — our team will be happy to help you with excursions, activities or local tips 🌴📍. 💳 A €200 security deposit will be requested at check-in, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if everything is in order. 🧺 Self-cleaning service: Upon arrival, you will receive a bag with clean bed linen and towels.
