Welcome to stay at this beautiful retreat home with your family, friends or your important ones! This is a split-level house which is nestled in a very safe, peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy the tranquil setting with a modern open kitchen and a lovely, private yard. You are closed to Cuyahoga Valley National Park for hiking and adventure, or Boston Mills to ski. It’s also located right off the highway for quick, effortless travel. ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS, PATIES, OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND The space Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a modern open floorplan and luxurious kitchen area. Bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size memory foam hybrid bed. The primary bedroom also is equipped with a crib for your convenience. The primary bedroom also connects directly to the shared bathroom upstairs for ease of access. Kitchen: The kitchen features all stone countertops with a gas range and spacious fridge with built in ice maker. The sink is equipped with a secondary faucet which uses a 7-stage reverse osmosis filter system to ensure the highest quality water for drinking and cooking. Living Room: The living room is equipped with an 86" 4K TV for the ultimate media viewing experience Security: The house is equipped with a Yale smart lock and an external security camera which covers the driveway and front door for your security, and to ensure compliance with the no party and no events rule. Any recorded video is promptly deleted within 1 week of the conclusion of your stay. Comfort: The home is equipped with central heating and cooling, as well as a whole home humidifier, controlled by an ecobee smart thermostat for your ensured comfort. Den: The den is currently a work in progress so unfortunately not alot to note here, other than the fireplace is NOT functional and is prohibited from use by guests for your saftey and the saftey of the property. We added a new ping pong table in the den as an entertainment item. Hope it brings you more joy during your stay. Guest access All spaces in the home are usable with the exception of a few posted areas, such as the garage and two closets in the utility room which contain the electrical panel. These areas are clearly marked with signs. your cooperation is appreciated. Other things to note - We typically do not support early check-in or late check-out. We may be able to accomodate such a request if its close to the booking date and we do not have another guest scheduled, but this is not guranteed so plan accordingly. - Absolutely NO smoking/vaping, underage alcohol consumption, or illegal drugs in the house. If you smoke outside, pick up your butts. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee proportional to the offense. - Maximum group size of 6 people allowed. Additional charges will apply if this limit is broken. - No commercial photography or videography of any kind allowed. - No parties or special events permitted without express authorization of the host. failure to comply will result in your removal from the property without refund.
