Kick back and relax in this spacious home, away from hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds, yet in close distance to the iconic Silverstream Hotel, Mt Dobson Ski Area and Lake Tekapo. The space There is no better place to relax than in this grand, very private home nestled in an established, landscaped garden with established trees and mountain views. Kick off your shoes as you enter the house through the big mudroom, and continue on to the spacious kitchen / dining area through what may seem like the back door. The layout of this house allows for socialising and relaxation at the same time, as it allows people to gather or take themselves into a quiet corner or room. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. It shares the section of the house with the dining room, that features a large dining table and a window nook with views of the garden and adjoining parkland. The dining area flows on to the living area, where two couches invite you to relax in front of the fire place while reading a book or watching TV. A long corridor connects the kitchen / dining / living area with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom one - the master bedroom, overlooks the garden towards the adjoining parkland and mountains, and features its very own ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 (a single bedroom) and bedroom 3 are located on the opposite site of the house overlooking the garden and driveway to the adjoining paddock and neighbour's house. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as the separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with full block out curtains. The dining and living areas, hallway and bedrooms are all carpeted and soft underfoot. The kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the laundry and mudroom feature vinyl flooring / tiles allowing for easy cleaning. Glass sliding doors from the dining and living areas, as well as the master bedroom allow for an easy flow between the inside of the house and the garden. The house is located on a laneway of the Kimbell township, well away from the main highway, and has its own driveway with ample on-premise parking space.
