Below please see all the listing details The modern 5-star holiday home with a size of 105 square metres is suitable for 2-4 people, making it ideal for small families. The family dog can also be brought along. The new half-timbered house has been available as a holiday home since May 2011. It has been completely renovated and refurnished. The space A large pond with jetty is attached to the spacious south-facing terrace of the house, which is exclusively available to our holiday guests. The spacious, sun-drenched living room offers a view of the playful pond and lush plants. The living room has a cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV and a reading corner with a desk. You can call the German landline network free of charge and surf the Internet on your own laptop without any restrictions. The open wooden staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor. Here there are 2 bedrooms measuring approx. 15 square metres. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds. Baby and children's beds can be added on request. On the upper floor there is a small bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC. A further bathroom (guest WC) with a walk-in shower and outside window is located on the ground floor. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. The modern eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and offers every comfort (induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo machine, toaster, etc.). The adjoining utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides cosy warmth in winter. The costs for gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the rental price. If you would like to ride a bike, you can borrow one from us free of charge.
