The space Our home is a spacious 3 BHK in Sector 70, Gurgaon. Guests will have access to two private bedrooms with attached washrooms and garden access, along with the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a private basement with yoga and games space. The third bedroom is occupied by the caretaker, who stays on the property to assist guests if required. For check-in, please share your arrival time and a copy of your Aadhaar card (as required by local regulations). If you require parking, kindly inform us in advance. Guests are welcome to cook veg or non-veg meals in the kitchen. You may also enjoy drinks during your stay, but we request everyone to maintain society decorum and keep noise levels low. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony area. Basic housekeeping guidelines help us keep the space comfortable for everyone: • Please switch off lights, ACs and appliances when not in use. • Kitchen is available for cooking; elaborate cooking may have a small ₹200 usage charge. • Kindly leave utensils clean after use (₹50 can be given to the caretaker if you prefer help). • If the kitchen is left unclean, a ₹100 cleaning charge may apply. • Towels hanging are considered for reuse, while towels placed on the floor will be replaced. • Please avoid locking the main door manually from inside so other guests can access the home with their keys. • Cleaning during long stays can be arranged on request. For your convenience, cafés, restaurants, shopping, and daily essentials are just a few minutes away, and beautiful drives like Leopard Trail in the Aravallis are within a short distance. Available on request: Mixer, washing machine, iron, slippers, cloth drying rope, mug & bucket, and cart service to nearby parking/society club.
