Welcome to the Bougie Beach House hosted by Travel Well Properties! This new listing is in the perfect location steps away from the beach and situated between Cinnamon Shore North & South. *Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction near the house. 🌞 Private Pool with kid friendly shallow area. (Pool can be heated for $50/day but please note that it is a heat pump and does not work well once air temp is below 60 degrees) 🌞 3 minute walk to beach The space 🌞 Golf cart accessible boardwalk right next to the house 🌞Brand NEW House 🌞Tesla Charger 🌞Three bedrooms: 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Bunk Room with Twin Bed over Queen Bed 🌞Two full bathrooms in the house and a half bath next to the pool 🌞Fully stocked kitchen 🌞BBQ Grill 🌞DISCOUNTED Golf Cart: We have a 6 seater golf cart in partnership with Island Outfitters. Guests must be 21 to rent and sign a separate rental agreement. Please message host for booking information. March 7-September 5: $170 per day September 6-October 31: $140/day November 1-March 6: $90/day Pool Information: We do have the pool serviced twice a week March through September on Mondays and Thursdays and then one time a week on Thursdays from October to end of February. We do our best to keep sand out of the pool but because we are right next to the dunes and beach, you inevitably will see some sand at the bottom of the pool. Guest access You will be sent a 4 digit code 2 days before arrival. Other things to note Yes, dogs are welcome! Max of 2 dogs up to 45 pounds each. We do take larger dogs on a case by case basis. $75 fee per dog for the entire stay. We provide a few rolls of TP and toilet paper and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap. Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar. Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We also provide beach/pool towels as well. We have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry. Parking: There is parking for 2-3 cars depending on size. The HOA does not allow street parking so if you have additional vehicles, you can park them in the lot to the right as you enter the subdivision. Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance and on the parking area (not by the pool!) for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera hub. Trash: Please take all trash to the dumpster. Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
