These are not cookie-cutter stays. Each home has its own personality, with layers of nautical history, antique details, and thoughtful comforts that make your time in Mystic feel special. You are close to the heart of Mystic, the Seaport, beautiful coastline, shops, restaurants, and all the little moments that make this corner of Connecticut such a treasure. Spend your days exploring, eating well, browsing bookstores and boutiques, walking along the water, or heading out for a scenic drive. Then come home to porches, firepit evenings, shared meals, and stories around the table. THE SPACE This listing includes access to a historic home and carriage house, ideal for groups who want to stay near one another while still enjoying room to unwind. PARKING • Denison Home driveway: 5 spaces, parked behind the red house • Carriage House driveway: 5 spaces, parked in front of the blue Carriage House • The Denison and Carriage House driveways connect Guest access CHECK-IN & ACCESS You will have access to both buildings and the property’s outdoor spaces. Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Entry is by keypad and lockbox access. • Full arrival details will be sent about 4 days before your stay • Door codes will be sent about 24 hours before arrival Outdoor spaces, including the side yard, gazebo area, and both firepit areas, are yours to enjoy. Other things to note GOOD TO KNOW • The Denison Home is located on Main Street across from the Old Mystic Post Office. It can be busy during the day but is generally quiet in the evenings. • The Old Mystic Fire Station is down the street, so you may hear sirens at times. • As with many historic homes, wide-plank floors may creak, doors can stick with weather changes, and original windows may feel drafty in winter. • The Carriage House first-floor rooms are separate from the upstairs 2-bedroom apartment, so guests walk outside under the covered roofline to reach the apartment entrance. • The Denison and Carriage House driveways connect, and we will send clear parking guidance before arrival.
