Praia da Fortaleza, wonderful house, right on the sand

The house is on Praia da Fortaleza, facing the sea, on the sand, on a very large plot, surrounded by lots of greenery, trees and lots of privacy in a beautiful, high-end house with every comfort. It's a beautiful, one-story house, and the outside area is a true paradise. The house is perfect for couples and families (with kids). The space The house is ground floor, with 4 suites, all with air conditioning, being the first suite with a double bed and 2 single beds, the second suite has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, in the third suite a double bed and in the fourth suite (it is small), 2 single beds. It has a large living room with 3 rooms: TV room, living room with fireplace and the dining room. The kitchen has an opening that turns into a charming bar and also makes it easy to pass food to the table or to the outdoor pool area. Next to the living room there is an extensive balcony that overlooks the sea, as well as all the bedrooms are also facing the sea. On the other side, in the back of the house there is the leisure area that gives access through the dining room or the side of the house, where there is barbecue, pizza oven, a wonderful shower and a beautiful pool with waterfall. The land is very large, has a lot of green, and is facing the sea, is located in the middle of Praia da Fortaleza, a beach of only 800m, calm sea, which even has a natural swimming pool in the corner of the beach, perfect for a quiet holiday with great pleasure and a beautiful view. Wi-Fi available in the house! The house has a housekeeper that can be contracted for the best use of your vacation, with values to agree with her directly. The keys will be with the caretaker who lives there in a house next to the main one. 3. You should preferably bring everything you will consume: food, beverages, cleaning products, etc. The house is empty of groceries. To make it easier, if you want, the housekeeper informed us that the Praia Dura market is well supplied and that there is everything we need. And for smaller purchases, the Praia Brava market delivers to the house: e.g. charcoal, ice, cold cuts, etc. We provide: Nivea or similar soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, oil, salt and black pepper. The house has a kitchen equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, utensils, blender, mixer, coffee maker, in short, everything that is needed in a kitchen and the housekeeper Cecília can be hired and serves breakfast, makes delicious lunches and cleans the house. 4. Filtered water is supplied through an Electrolux filter, natural and cold, and several bottles of water that are filled in the filter can be stored in the refrigerator to keep them cold. 5. Bed linen, bath towels and pillows (1 for each single bed and 2 for a double bed) are available in the house. Beach towels, too (1 per person guaranteed) 6. If you don't want to do the trail, you have the option of boat trips on these beaches and also Praia das Sete Fontes or Anchieta Island (former prison), the boat trips leave from Praia da Fortaleza itself.
