There are two bedrooms and each bedroom provides a generous amount of space designed for both rest and productivity. Inside, each bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed, a nightstand, a dresser, lamps, a fan, ceiling lights. One bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV. A desk area is ready for work or study, and an air filter keeps the air fresh and clean. The plush carpeted floor adds to the cozy feel, and a large closet just outside the room gives you plenty of extra storage. The private bathroom is clean and functional, featuring a tiled full shower, single vanity, toilet, and an exhaust fan for comfort. Just steps away, you'll find access to a spacious living room, a 540-square-foot room room set up with comfortable seating and a large 85" smart television. Both televisions have Netflix and Prime Video programming. The open-plan kitchenette is modern and practical, complete with an eating bar, all essential appliances, an oven, a toaster, an exhaust fan, and all the tools you need to cook and share meals easily. A reverse osmosis water system ensures your water is always fresh and clean. There is an overall 1550-square-feet of private space for your stay. Laundry is available on the same floor for stays longer than 2 days. Outdoors, the property sits on a full-acre lot with plenty of open space to enjoy. A small concrete patio, with a large covered and lit porch area offers a spot to unwind in the backyard, and a large parking lot makes coming and going simple. There are exterior security cameras for peace of mind, and the washer and dryer are available on the same level. This home is located in a calm neighborhood filled with green spaces, conveniently located within a mile from the highway with easy access to Mt. Airy and Ellicott City. It is just a short drive from several major hospitals, including Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, Carroll Hospital Center, Northwest Hospital Center, and Springfield Hospital Center. Turf Valley Resort and Howard County Fairgrounds are only 13 minutes away. Multiple schools are also close by, making the location especially convenient for students, professionals, and those in healthcare fields. Other things to note Each bedroom accommodates two, however if you are a family of more than 4, we have a day bed in the living room, and we can accommodate another person, please check with us during your reservation. Please note, if the reservation is for two guests, you will have one bedroom (green) available. If the number of guests is more than two, you will have both bedrooms (green and yellow) available. Welcome to our stay in Woodbine and we appreciate if you can please provide feedback. The entire place is carpeted, except for the bathroom and laundry which are tiled and the kitchenette which has luxury vinyl planks (hard surface); to ensure cleanliness, we ask that outdoor footwear not be used indoors. The carpet, tile and kitchenette floors are vacuumed and mopped after every guest, comfortable and clean. If you wish you could bring along indoor footwear. NOTE 1: Sound system in the living room is NOT included with the stay. NOTE 2: Absolutely no smoking in or on the property. If you do smoke elsewhere, you are responsible for any cigarette/cigar odors inside the property. NOTE 3: The sewer systems functions using a sewer ejector pump. We request you to not flush anything other than the bathroom tissue in the toilet, including flushable wipes. Do not dispose food or bones or pits in the kitchen sink. This can result in the sewer system breakdown, costing at a minimum $1,729.00 (We paid this for one occurrence) up to $6,000 or more (with your cooperation, we can prevent this) Please treat our space as your own and help us care for our space and our plumbing systems. We have provided containers with liners and pouches for disposal of health products, makeup wipes. We have also provided a sharps disposal for your diabetic consumables.
