The property is named after one of the many mountains it overlooks, Binn a Tuair (Beenatoor). SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY IN JULY AND AUGUST The space This owner-managed property is located in Cloghane village, (An Clochán), and is ideally situated to discover the wonders of the Dingle Peninsula. The area boasts many hikes and walks catering to all levels, from a strenuous climb up Mount Brandon to gentle paddling in one of the many beaches close by. Ireland’s longest beach, Fermoyle, and the popular beach in the picturesque village of Brandon are both a 7 minute drive from the house. Watersports, surfing, swimming and fishing are all easily accessible. O’Connor’s bar and restaurant is less than a five minute walk from the house. The beautiful St Brendan’s church, built in 1828 and still in use, is located beside the property. The world renowned Dingle town is a short 15 minute drive away, over Ireland’s highest mountain pass, Conor Pass. Castlegregory village and the Maharees tombolo are also close by. Watch the ebb and flow of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious sitting room with open fire. The large kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and includes a double oven, electric hob, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine and separate dryer in the adjoining utility room. There is also a toilet and shower on the ground floor. The three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite shower and toilet and walk-in wardrobe. Both double and twin rooms have large windows overlooking the surrounding countryside and their own wardrobes. The main bathroom, with full bath and electric shower, is also on this level. A cot and stair gates can be provided if required but must be requested in advance. The large well-maintained garden is to the front and side of the house. There is a secure shed to store surfboards, fishing equipment, bicycles etc. The local shop is across the road. Other things to note Oil heating, electricity for domestic use and high speed broadband connection are included in the price. We operate a fair usage policy for heating and electricity use. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED.
