The space Welcome to our 134-acre working farm in Northeast Ohio, where peaceful pastureland meets a one-of-a-kind glamping experience. Your luxury yurt-style tent sits on a raised deck in a fully enclosed pasture shared with our two friendly miniature Highland cows—Jupiter (a horned, orange-colored beauty) and Charlotte (her softer-hued sidekick). You’ll enjoy one-on-one time with them as they graze around the tent during the day. At night, they’re either brought back to their pen or—if you’re up for it—you’re welcome to help walk them back using their halters. It’s all about the immersive farm experience, but we understand everyone’s comfort level is different, so interaction is completely at your pace. The tent is positioned to give you full privacy, with views of rolling hills, open skies, and (seasonally) a full field of corn until harvest. While the farm’s main residence is on the property, it’s far enough away to ensure your space feels fully your own. You’ll fall asleep to the sound of crickets and wake to birdsong. On clear nights, the stars are absolutely breathtaking. What to Expect This is a true glamping experience—cozy, comfortable, and connected to nature. The tent includes: • A full-size bed with canopy and string lights • Two heavy-duty cots (500 lb capacity each) if you’d like to sleep up to four • A mini wood-burning stove for charm and cool nights • A mini refrigerator for food and drinks • An elegant outdoor daybed for lounging • A large fire pit with outdoor seating • A Gozney pizza dome oven for baking fresh pizzas and other meals • Outdoor string lighting to set the mood after dark The shower is rustic and unforgettable—a semi-open-air setup beside an old grain silo with a propane on-demand hot water heater. A sunset shower here is truly something special. For the restroom, a private and professionally serviced porta-john is reserved exclusively for yurt guests and is pumped weekly for cleanliness. While the tent is beautifully furnished and cozy, it’s still a tent. That means you may encounter bugs, temperature fluctuations, and yes—since you’re sharing space with cows—some manure in the pasture. That’s part of the charm and authenticity of the experience. We provide extra blankets, and can offer a fan or portable A/C on request depending on the season. But please note: this is not an insulated home. We’ll do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible while still honoring the natural setting.
