With its own private pool, hot tub, and elevator, you and your family have everything you need to make a fabulous St. George Island vacation. This home also participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program, which allows all guests complimentary use of two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse w/meeting space, fitness center, nature trails, access to Bob Sikes Cut, and more. The home is decorated with a beach theme throughout and has beautiful hardwood floors in most of the house. On the top floor, enjoy the spacious kitchen with granite countertops. Through the three sets of double doors that let in plenty of natural light, go outside and relax in Adirondack or rocking chairs and enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the large porch. The dining room table seats 10, four bar stools cozy up to the counter, and the dining table on the porch seats six, perfect for alfresco meals. This home has four bedrooms, two of which are primary suites and one of which is a bunk room. The home has HDTVs in every bedroom, plus a 58-inch LED TV with Blu-ray and surround sound in the living room. The family room is stocked with puzzles, games, and books for rainy days. The house comes with a port-a-crib and highchair for a little one. Outside, you can enjoy the pool and jacuzzi area. The home also has a private outdoor shower and fish cleaning station as well as plenty of parking under the home. You'll be six-and-a-half miles from St. George Island Lighthouse and 12 miles from Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve Nature Center, so you'll always have something fun to do during your stay.
