Welcome to your peaceful, light-filled, and spacious beach home, which is perfectly located for coastline adventure! Home highlights: large living area, lots of windows (with privacy shades), fully equipped kitchenette, private access via garden path and easy parking. Walking distance (<2mi) from: Beaches, Fitzgerald Marine Reserve. Montara Lighthouse, Market/General-Store (0.3mi). 3-10mi from: Mavericks Beach, Princeton Harbor, Downtown Half Moon Bay, many great restaurants and attractions! The space This space is approximately 800 sq ft that is set up as a private suite with its own separate entrance and walkway. The suite features: a spacious living area as well as a large kitchenette with a dining table, full bathroom, separate bedroom with a queen size bed and closet, plus a work nook. There is a separate queen inflatable bed and futon couch available as well. Guest access To access the suite follow the walkway along the side of the house to the private entrance. At night this walkway is well lit. Other things to note There is a dog and parakeets who reside on the property. They are completely separated and have NO access to the guest area. We live upstairs. On a rare occasion you may hear some of our life's noises.
