Set in the heart of an old hamlet, 10 minutes away from the town of Siena, this rustic apartment in a farmhouse offers charming views of the Tuscany surroundings. The space Tenuta la Santissima is conveniently located in the hills of Southern Tuscany and traces back to 13 century. If you truly want to experience Italian hospitality, food, and beautiful location this place is made for you! The apartment is very rustic and designed in a traditional Tuscany style. It features antique furniture, arches, terracotta floors, and brick walls kept from the original structure to make you feel the history of this place. In the last century, we even used to make wine here! The apartment is located on the ground floor, is very spacious (90 sq.m) and bright, has multiple access to the garden, air-conditioning, floor heating, and styled in warm cosy colours. This place offers all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay for a family or a group of up to 6 people. The layout of the apartment is the following: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen & dining area, and a common bathroom. Entering the apartment you will find a living room that has a spacious sitting area featuring a queen-size sofa bed & couch and a TV. Both bedrooms offer king-size beds with pristine linen and plush pillows for absolute comfort as well as have direct access to the garden. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and features a walk-in shower, toilet & bidet. Towels and toiletries are provided to our guests. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen offers all the modern appliances (stove, microwave with grill, coffee machine, cutleries, cookware, etc) for your comfortable stay. A welcome kit will set you ready to cook your first Italian meal. The kitchen is connected to the dining space and has direct access to the outside area. What a better way to start a day than enjoying a morning coffee outside of the typical Italian farmhouse in absolute tranquillity with wonderful views or stroll around beautiful gardens? Whatever you choose, we will make sure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable. Guest access All guests have access to the entire apartment and the surrounding area, including gardens. Wi-Fi access is provided on arrival. For guests arriving with their cars, free parking spots are provided on the property. Other things to note The complimentary welcome amenity kit is offered to all guests upon arrival and includes pasta, sauce, as well as small breakfast products, including coffee and tea, fruit juice, cereals and biscuits.
