Welcome to our newly remodeled and spacious basement apartment with a private entrance and secluded backyard—perfect for families, friends, and groups looking for comfort and privacy. This inviting space includes 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. During the summer and early fall guests have access to our garden boxes, along with fresh raspberries and grapes that you’re welcome to pick and enjoy! Enjoy the oversized family room, ideal for relaxing, watching movies, or gathering after a day of adventure. Each bedroom is generously sized to give everyone their own comfortable space. Inside, you’ll find a fun puzzle table, a great selection of board games, gaming consoles for little to big kids, fun kid shopping center, outdoor games and even air mattresses available if you need to accommodate a couple more guests. Step outside to a beautiful, secluded backyard where you can unwind in peace and privacy. Please note: Our family lives in the upstairs unit with children, so there may be occasional normal household noise. If you prefer a completely quiet space, this might not be the best fit. Whether you're here to explore the area or simply enjoy a relaxing escape, this home offers comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire basement suite and the private backyard area. Other things to note For security purposes, we have cameras installed on the property. One camera monitors the side yard, and another is located on the back corner of the home facing the backyard. These cameras are exterior-only and do not overlook any private indoor spaces. Please note that no dogs are allowed in this listing. Absolutely no smoking of any kind! We also live upstairs with our children, so you may hear normal household noise at times. If you prefer a completely quiet environment, this space may not be the best fit.
