Come and enjoy our little piece of paradise. The main house is just over 3000 sq ft of living space with a full kitchen, a pool table room, a laundry room and more. There is a second story loft that offers a spacious but cozy space to hang out, watch movies, play board or video games, etc. Step out of the sliding glass doors onto the large deck that will bring you to the swimming pool and hot tub, a putting green to test your skills and a 800+ sq ft pool house with a full bathroom and much more. The space Master en-suite has a king size bed, double vanity, walk in closet and dresser with a TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a twin loft bed and TV. 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and small TV. 4th bedroom has a full daybed with twin trundle. 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom. In the bonus loft space are two twin daybeds with trundles and two Cordaroy convertible bean bag chairs with queen size inserts. There is also a Pillowsac by Lovesac to lounge on. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Please note that the house has 14 beds (including the sleeper sofa bed) that will comfortably sleep 18 people. If the bean bag chairs are utilized, at least 22 people will fit. There is an inflatable mattress that can accommodate another 2 people. The regular rate is for 12 people staying in the house. After the 12th guest, a charge of $50 per person per night will be added. There is a pool and hot tub in the backyard that can be heated. The request to heat the pool needs to be made at least 48 hours prior to check in. There will be an extra charge of $150 per day of the stay, payable on the day prior to check in. Once payment is received, we will begin heating the pool the evening before check-in so that the pool and hot tub are ready to be used upon arrival. There is a pool house in the backyard with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. There is a gas grill and single gas burner, full refrigerator, dishwasher and much more. The pool house has room for tables and chairs to be set up and a full bathroom. Please note that since the pool house is open to the elements, you will likely need to clean the surfaces if you’re planning on using it. Guest access Guests can use the entire house, front and back yard including pool and hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and pool house. Pool house must be cleaned after use with all food removed (including from the refrigerator and freezer) and all trash thrown into the outside garbage bins. Additional charge to heat the pool/hot tub. The pool and hot tub are in ground and take several hours to heat. If you'd like to have the water heated, payment will need to be made first, preferably at least 24 hours prior to check-in for arrangements to be made. Guests do not have access to the attached garage. Other things to note There are cats that live on the property. They are mostly friendly but not allowed inside the house.
