Perched above Lake Pend Oreille, this multi-level cabin blends cozy North Idaho character with the room and amenities to make a group of up to 10 feel right at home. Managed locally by Village Collective, based in Coeur d'Alene. Living Spaces The main level features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and big lake views. The downstairs lounge has a second Smart TV and opens directly to the lower deck and hot tub. Kitchen and Dining Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, blender, and all the essentials. Enjoy meals at the dining table or pull up a stool at the breakfast bar. Sleeping Arrangements • Main Level: Queen bed with direct deck access and a nearby full bath • Downstairs: Two twin bunk beds with a full bath steps away • Loft (Bedroom 3): Queen bed, twin bunk, a desk, and a sitting area with lake views through a round portal window and a nearby full bath (tub only in this bathroom) • Pack 'n Play available in the downstairs closet Bathrooms Three full baths, one per level. The upstairs bath has a soaking tub, the main level features a divided shower and toilet space, and the downstairs includes a walk-in shower. All stocked with towels and toiletries. Outdoor Living Two decks overlook the lake and surrounding mountains and forest. The lower deck is home to the private hot tub, and a propane fire pit and BBQ sits outside on the upper deck for evening gatherings around the water extra propane tanks are in the deck box. Paddleboards are on-site for guest use, ready to launch from the dock. The covered float house slip can accommodate boats up to 21 feet long and 10 feet wide, and additional vessels can tie up along the open dock. If you're trailering a boat in, Bayview Marina is a short drive away and offers easy lake access. Essentials Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer with detergent, heating and portable A/C, ceiling and tower fans, keyless entry, and chemical-free cleaning. Guest access Getting Here A 4WD or AWD vehicle is required due to the steep shared driveway. From Hudson Bay Road, take a sharp left and drive slowly down. Depending on your vehicle size, it may be easier to pass the driveway, turn around, and approach straight-on rather than navigating the tight initial turn. Parking at the bottom is tandem-style for two vehicles. Please keep the shared driveway clear for neighbors. Additional parking is available along Hudson Bay Road. Use extra caution walking on the slope. Entry is through the keypad front door, up a few steps on the small porch. Dock and Boat Slip From the lower deck, a staircase leads down to the dock, roughly 3 to 4 flights of stairs. Please take your time, hold the handrail, and avoid running near the water. The covered float house slip fits boats up to 21 feet in length and 10 feet wide. Additional boats can tie up along the open dock. Other things to note Seasonal Availability Due to the steep driveway and North Idaho winter road conditions, this property operates on a seasonal basis and is generally unavailable during the winter months.
