Villa Mary is situated in the heart of the enchanting Sabina Region. 50 km north-east of Rome and untouched by mass tourism, this territory is still authentic and unspoilt. The villa is also in a perfect position for sightseeing Rome and day trip to Umbria and Tuscany. The villa has a large private pool at exclusive use and our guests can enjoy also of a tennis court and five-a-side football pitch (shared). The space Villa Mary accommodates up to 8 guests, whose privacy and relax is assured by the small and private pine forest near which the villa is nestled. At your disposition you’ll find a large garden and a gazebo- covered patio where you can relax in a cool ambience and cook yourself up a lovely barbecue. The large, private pool (12m x 5m) is just a few meters away from the building, and visible from the very ample window in the living room. The villa is composed: Ground floor: Large living room with satellite TV, dvd and cd player, wi-fi, dining area, fireplace, large south-facing sun window; fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill, oven and washing machine; 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower. First floor: 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Available free of charge to our guests, not at exclusive use, there are a beautiful tennis court, five-a-side football pitch and a table tennis. Rackets and balls are also supplied.
