Since the property is located in Dehradun, you may experience pleasant weather changes, especially during the rainy season. Neighbours may contact society management or the police in case of disturbance. • The host will not be liable if authorities are called due to violation of house rules. • Guests will be held fully responsible for any consequences arising from noise complaints. • Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest. • Visitors: Not allowed without prior approval. If approved, we need a valid ID for the visitor and they must leave by 10 PM. Unregistered guests will be charged ₹300 per guest.
