Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Clear Lake Shores Kemah, TX ● Community Amenities: Community pool no code or keys needed. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in labeled spots. The main living area features an open-concept layout that makes it easy to gather and unwind. The living room is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating and large windows that showcase peaceful lake views.
