Enjoy wonderful private time with your family and friends while taking in the ocean view from the balcony. Enjoy a mini-BBQ on the 1st-floor bench! You can get fresh fish from Minamichita's market(Uotaro). Work while enjoying the ocean view! Convenience store is just a 2mins walk away and Hot spring is a 7mins walk. The space - Area: 109㎡ - Layout: 5DK (5 rooms + Dining Kitchen) - Type: Two-story detached house, entirely for private rental (includes parking). - Accommodates : up to 9 guests + 2 pets. - Please Note: Pets must fit within a single cage measuring W107cm x D71cm x H76cm. We take great care to clean our rooms daily, but it is difficult to completely remove all pet hair. For this reason, we kindly ask that guests with pet allergies refrain from staying with us. We appreciate your understanding. - Free parking space available directly in front of the house. Maximum 3 cars. - Recommendation: There is no shuttle service, so coming by car is highly recommended for convenience. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Bedrooms & Beds 2nd Floor: 1 Double Bed + 4 Semi-Double Beds 1st Floor: 3 Futon Sets + 1 Sofa Bed Note: Futon sets are stored in the 1st-floor closet. Please move the living room table to lay them out. - Amenities We provide bath towels, hand towels, toothbrushes, and body sponges. Please bring your own pajamas/sleepwear. -Bed sheets & Towels Bed sheets and towels are provided once per person for the number of guests staying, regardless of the length of stay. Please use only one futon set per person. -Laundry Indoor washer-dryer available. The wash and dry cycle takes about 4 hours, so feel free to use it before heading out. - TV & Entertainment Terrestrial TV, BS, and CS channels are not available. You can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, TVer, etc., using your own accounts. YouTube is also available for free. - Workspace A work desk & chair are located on the 2nd floor in the ocean-view room. - Kitchen Facilities Refrigerator Microwave Electric Kettle Toaster Rice Cooker Coffee Maker Portable gas stove (with mini BBQ plate) Hot plate Clay pot (Donabe) Flowing Somen noodle machine Hand-roll sushi dishware set - Bath The bath is small, but you can enjoy with special showerhead. Recommendation: For an additional fee of 800 yen, there's a day-use hot spring "Yamami-kan" just a 7-minute walk away. Last reception is at 9 PM. It operates almost daily, but please confirm opening hours beforehand. - Washbasins One washbasin on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. Please Note: Only cold water is available from both washbasins. - Toilets One toilet on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor, both with washlets (bidet functions). The main toilet is on the 1st floor. The 2nd-floor toilet is located behind the pet space and is small. - Cleaning Supplies Vacuum cleaner Broom & dustpan Lint roller Cleaning cloths Guest access Our property is a private, entire-house rental, meaning you'll have the entire space to yourselves and won't share with other guests. Feel free to relax and enjoy without any inhibitions! Please note there's a door to an underground storage room in the 1st-floor kitchen that is off-limits to guests. Regarding Pets Your pet cage is located in the room on the 2nd floor, to the right after you go up the stairs. - Cage Size: W107 cm x D71 cm x H76 cm - Always keep your pet in the cage when you go out. - Do not allow pets to walk on the tatami mats, as they can easily be damaged. - Please keep pets off the beds. - Dispose of pet waste properly yourselves. - Please be aware that you may be charged if the indoor areas are soiled. Other things to note - BBQ Enjoy a mini-BBQ on the 1st-floor bench using the provided cassette stove and grill plate! The cassette stove is located inside the sliding closet door in the 1st-floor living room. Please bring your own food, gas canisters, and other consumables. Note: BBQ is prohibited on Yamami Beach. If you plan a larger BBQ, a separate fee applies to use the "Coco Jungle" BBQ space, just a 2-minute walk away. - Fireworks Handheld fireworks only are permitted on Yamami Beach until 9 PM. Noise Please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 7 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. - Stairs If you are traveling with children, please be extra careful around the stairs and doors. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this property may not be suitable. - Seasonings Oil, salt, sugar, and pepper are provided. Please bring any other seasonings you may need. - Voltage The voltage is 100V, and outlets are Type A. Please bring your own power converter if needed, as none are provided in the house.
