Other things to note ◎Guest Registration Form After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a "Guest Registration Form." In accordance with Japanese government regulations, please complete and submit the form at least one week prior to check-in. ◎Towels Bath towels and face towels will be provided according to the number of guests. Please note that there will be no replacements during your stay. Kindly wash and reuse them as needed. ◎Bed Sheets Bed sheets will not be replaced during your stay. Please wash and reuse them as necessary. ◎Garbage Garbage will not be collected during your stay. If the trash bin becomes full, please tie the bag securely and place it inside of the dust box at the parking lot. ◎Intercom Please do not answer the intercom for uninvited visitors such as salespeople. The host will always contact you in advance before visiting. ◎No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. If cigarette butts or evidence of smoking are found, a special cleaning and ventilation fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. ◎Stains and Damage If the property is soiled due to vomit or other substances, an additional repair/cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged depending on the situation. ◎Check-in / Check-out Time Changes ・Early check-in may be possible depending on the cleaning schedule. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request it. ・Late check-out is available at ¥2,000 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours.
