Other things to note ★Guest Registration★ In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must submit the following information: Full name, address, phone number, nationality, occupation, passport number A photo of the passport’s ID page with the guest’s face included for identity verification Please submit this at least 3 days before check-in. After confirming all guest info and passport photos, we will send the map, key instructions, and house manual. Guests with a Japanese address are exempt from passport submission. Your personal information will never be disclosed, sold, or shared without consent. However, we may provide it to authorities if legally required. ★No Parties or Noise★ This is a quiet residential area. Please avoid loud voices, parties, or any disruptive behavior—especially at night when babies and elderly residents are sleeping. ★No Smoking / No Open Flames★ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and on the premises. Only the gas stove may be used for cooking—no other flames allowed. ★Linens & Towels★ Each guest receives: 1 set of bed linens (sheet, cover, pillowcase) 1 bath towel & 1 face towel You may wash them during your stay using the washing machine. Extra sets are available for ¥1,000 per set. For stays over 1 month, linens and towels will be replaced weekly. Please leave used items as-is—do not store or remove covers. ★Trash Disposal★ Separate bins for bottles, cans, and PET bottles All other burnable trash goes in the burnable bin No littering inside or outside the building ★Guest Count★ Only registered guests may enter the room. If more people enter or stay than booked, extra charges will apply. Please notify us if your group size changes. ★No Pets Allowed★ Pets are strictly prohibited. ★Electricity Usage★ Using multiple appliances (AC, microwave, hair dryer) at once may trip the breaker. Please start the AC first, wait for it to stabilize, then use other devices. ★Stairs★ The shared stairs are outdoors and may get wet. Please be careful to avoid slipping. We are not liable for injuries caused by falls. ★Storage Items★ Items stored in the closet are for in-room use only.
