Historic country house, located at an altitude of 300 meters, recently renovated and well furnished, the property is located in the first hills of Oltrepò Pavese, in a quiet rural context, enjoys an excellent panoramic view of the valley and the many vineyards and woods in the area. The property is a few kilometers from the hillside towns of Montalto Pavese, Mornico Losana (where there is a fantastic municipal swimming pool), Santa Maria della Versa, Golferenzo, and Broni. We look forward to seeing you!! The space Entire 19th-century house, recently renovated and finely furnished in a classic style. In addition to the normal heating system, the house has a hot-cold air conditioner which, thanks to the building's thick walls, allows you to have an ideal climate in every season. The house extends over 3 levels with a total area of about 150 square meters. It has 2 entrances. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen complete with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, plates, glasses, and various cutlery, a table for 6 people, and a fireplace with a double view. Also on the ground floor, you'll find the living room, complete with a double sofa, a TV with satellite channels, an open fireplace, and various furniture. Also on the ground floor, going up one step, you'll find a half-bath with a toilet, shower, sink, and washing machine. On the first floor we find the main bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin, followed by two generously sized bedrooms furnished with double beds , on the second floor we find the attic furnished with two single beds. Outside, there is a large area furnished with an umbrella, tables, and armchairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful hillside climate. Also outside you can have lunch, using a nice wooden garden table that the house is equipped with. Other things to note During the summer, it is possible to use the municipal swimming pool in Mornico Losana (for a fee).
