Excessive noise and loud music are not permitted. * Outdoor areas are monitored by *security cameras* for safety and property protection. *No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only outdoors using ashtrays. * No pets allowed. *No nudity* in outdoor areas. * Please respect all furniture, décor, linens, and villa equipment. Any damage must be reported immediately and may incur charges. * Indoor furniture may not be moved outside, and outdoor furniture must remain in place. * Keep the property clean and dispose of trash in designated bins before departure. *Pool rules:* No glass near the pool, children must be supervised, and pool use is at guests’ own risk. *Candles, fireworks, and open flames are strictly prohibited. * Please turn off lights, air conditioning, sauna equipment, and appliances when not in use. * Before departure, ensure all doors and windows are locked. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay without refund.
