The space Occupancy: (8+2 guests max) The villa consists of four spacious bedrooms, all with king-size beds, two of which have a large single-size masonry sofa. The bathrooms, covered with the characteristic cement tiles and traditional mortars, are large and bright, with large shower rooms. One of the two master bedrooms, directly overlooking the garden and outdoor relaxation area, boasts a double shower room with a comfortable stone seat for maximum relaxation. The masonry kitchen, complete with all the amenities, is a clever mix of modern design and local craftsmanship. The large window creates a unique space with the external veranda that houses a large wooden table, the fulcrum of moments of joyful conviviality. The generous living room, with a large sofa and seats, overlooks the garden and the typical stone vault that supports the external staircase. Continuing from the veranda, the house has a charming swimming pool with a solarium, surrounded by a Mediterranean-inspired garden. Finally, from the large terrace, you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea and the sunset that frames the village of Acaya and its castle. At the back of the property there is a private shaded parking lot, accessible via a private main road.
