Other things to note 🏠 House Rules & Stay Information By confirming your booking, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following: 🔒 Guest Verification & Security To maintain the standard of our properties, the following is required prior to check-in: • ID Verification – After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a quick identity verification (photo ID + selfie). This verification is completed securely outside of the Airbnb platform through our trusted guest verification provider. All data is handled securely and used solely for verification purposes. • Security Deposit / Damage Waiver – Also completed outside of the Airbnb platform through our secure pre-arrival system.
