Our two lovingly furnished rooms offer comfort and tranquility, surrounded by nature and culture, ideal for relaxing, hiking, cycling and discovering. Rental bikes are available! Fantastic bike paths start right outside the front door. Hellbrunn Palace can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike. We are happy to help you plan your excursions. Look forward to unforgettable days in a special location! The space Our house consists of two floors: We, Manuela and Florian, live upstairs. The guest area is in the basement, with two guest rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a cozy lounge area with a TV, books and a sauna. The bathroom, toilet and lounge area are common areas and are shared with the guests of the second room, if it is also occupied. Free tea, coffee and fresh spring water are available at all times. We all share the garden, terrace and pool. Parking is right in front of the house. Access to the property is conveniently provided with an electronic access code.
