At the heart of the home, vaulted ceilings and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area create a bright, welcoming space for gathering. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with generous counter space and seating, making it ideal for shared meals, holiday mornings, or relaxed evenings in. The living area offers comfortable seating and an easy flow for conversation or unwinding after a day at Canyon Lake or exploring Gruene. Primary Suite The king primary suite is designed as a peaceful retreat for the hosts of the gathering. With direct access to the rear porch, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and an exceptionally large walk-in closet, it offers privacy and room to settle in comfortably for longer stays. Bedroom Two A well-appointed queen room with its own access to the rear porch and rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings. Bedroom Three A twin XL bunk room designed with flexibility in mind, comfortably sleeping four and ideal for children, teens, or additional family members. Additional Sleeping The oversized sectional in the grand room comfortably sleeps two adults or up to four children, offering flexibility for multi-generational stays. With two full bathrooms and an additional half bath, the layout supports larger family gatherings with ease. Outdoor Living The expansive rear deck extends the living space outdoors and is designed for gathering. With comfortable seating, a mounted outdoor television, and space for grilling, it becomes the natural hub for family barbecues, game days, and relaxed evenings under the Hill Country sky. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the porch, where resin Adirondack rocking chairs offer quieter corners for morning coffee or a slow start before the day’s adventures. The yard provides open space for children to play while adults relax nearby, creating an easy flow between indoor comfort and outdoor living. Throughout the home, thoughtful design choices reflect its original purpose, a place for owners to host their own adult children and grandchildren - creating a balance of elevated comfort and genuine warmth rather than a staged short-term rental feel. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the home, including all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and outdoor deck. The property sits on a spacious lot, and all outdoor areas immediately surrounding the home are available for guest use. For storage and owner use, the primary bedroom walk-in closet and one small utility cupboard near the laundry room remain locked and are not accessible to guests. There are four exterior security cameras mounted along the roofline — two at the front of the home and two at the rear. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only, including the driveway and exterior entry points. There are no interior cameras. You will receive detailed arrival instructions and access information through our secure guest portal prior to check-in. Other things to note Dragonfly Ridge is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and neighboring homes. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, with no more than 10 adults. The home is designed for family gatherings and relaxed stays rather than events or parties. Primary booking guest must be 25+ years old and present for the duration of the stay. Outdoor spaces are for guest use only and must be supervised when children are present. For compliance and security, a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold are required prior to arrival. As an alternative to the security hold, guests may opt to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver policy.
