This is our standard maximum for most stays, helping preserve the peaceful guest experience, exceptional property condition, and quiet enjoyment of our lakefront neighborhood. For gatherings beyond our standard overnight occupancy, advance approval is required. Larger celebration’s may involve a signed Celebration Addendum, Celebration Preparation Fee, enhanced pre- and post-celebration servicing, parking coordination, and additional requirements depending on the size and scope of the gathering. For families planning larger celebrations, our second six-bedroom lakefront home may also be available, allowing for expanded accommodations and a truly exceptional multi-home experience.
