Welcome to our apartment in the heart of the historic center of Ceriana! Like a nest, it is nestled among the characteristic cobbled streets of the village, narrow and full of charm. It is an authentic place, with a rustic and genuine character, where you can still breathe the atmosphere of the past. The apartment was renovated about 8 years ago in keeping with the local style and now offers all modern comforts, electricity, water, gas, and a touch of Mediterranean warmth. The space Space and comfort The accommodation is 89 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of: -Entrance with coat rack and shoe rack - Pantry with cleaning tools, vacuum cleaner and deckchairs - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven and cooktop - Bright living room with sofa, dining table and direct access to the terrace - Double bedroom with a large wardrobe - Bedroom with a single bed and a locker -Two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, bidet and washing machine; the other with a shower and bidet Terrace with a view The real jewel of the house is the panoramic terrace, perfect for having breakfast in the sun or relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset. The sun illuminates the terrace from morning until 2:30 p.m., ideal for enjoying the warmth without overdoing it. From here you can admire the mountains and birds of prey that often fly over the sky of the village, a small daily spectacle of nature. The neighborhood The house is in a quiet area of the historic center. It is an authentic and quiet place, away from mass tourism, but close to everything that makes a stay in an Italian village special. Guest access The apartment is in the historic center and can be reached by walking along some cobbled streets and a staircase. There are a few steps to access the entrance. Other things to note The apartment is spacious and has a nice living room where you can have lunch, two bathrooms and a nice terrace. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a three-quarter bed. There are no divisible or single beds. In the double bedroom, there is a bathroom with a sink, bidet, and shower. From the living room, you can access another bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub, and washing machine.
