Property has many new updates including hardwood floors, new back deck and cedar paneled bedrooms. More to come. The space The property has about three acres of flat lawn and ample parking. It is located on a major route connecting to various popular sites and ATV trails of the Allegheny National Forest. Hunting is available at the ANF and nearby state game lands. The property contains two fire pits, so be ready for relaxing evenings by a campfire. Please take advantage of mountain pie irons and marshmallow/hot dog sticks available on site. If you enjoy grilling the property has a BBQ grill. An electric smoker may be available upon request. No hunting is allowed on the property but it is close to many public options. Please note the bedrooms and bathroom are on the second level upstairs. Guest access Guests have access to the dog run and the field. They do not have access to the garage or basement. Other things to note Property has 30 Amp electric service for a camper. This service is available for an additional charge.
