Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog, as prior approval is required. Failure to report pets will result in $400 penalty. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool and Tub: Maintenance is scheduled twice a week. The pool and tub are not heated. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - SECURITY CAMERAS - For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors.
