The space The sleeping arrangements of this home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed + Twin Bed with Ensuite Bathroom (2nd Floor) Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds (2nd Floor) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 4: Two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds (2nd Floor) Additional Sleeping: Movie Room: Sofa Bed (1st Floor) Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite – Upstairs) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom (Shared – Upstairs) Bathroom 3: Half Bathroom (Downstairs) Guest access Enjoy the comfort and convenience of self-check-in. One day before your arrival, you’ll receive detailed instructions to make your arrival seamless. If you need anything during your stay, our team is always just a message away. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Other things to note - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. -For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
