Minimalist with terrace in the heart of Palermo

2-story apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Minimalist decoration but cozy and full of light! It has a full bathroom, separate kitchen and a beautiful private patio. Very safe building, with a shallow pool on the terrace and a laundry room. A short distance from the best restaurants, cafes and bars (La Mar, Bar du Marche, Siamo nel Forno, Birkin, Oui Oui, Adorado, El Nacional, etc.). Also a few blocks from the bus, train and metro station. The space Great decoration, fully equipped, unbeatable location, lot's of light and a lovely patio. Guest access Guests can access the whole apartment, as well as the pool and laundry. Other things to note - Late check-in between 8pm and 12am has a cost of 20USD to be paid upon arrival. After midnight it has a cost of 50USD (please confirm availability) - Arriving after the agreed check-in time has a cost of 10 USD per hour. Delays must be notified at least 2 hours in advance. - 50 USD will be charged in case of keys loss. If the guest gets locked out and the key is in the door lock, guests must cover the locksmith costs. - For long stays (over 21 nights) guests must cover the cost of a cleaning service halfway through the reservation. For stays longer than one month at least every two weeks. - No smoking, no pets and no parties/events. 200 USD fines.
